We offer one-on-one personal training for clients who live in the St. Louis area and have a hard time following through with workouts on their own. We welcome all levels of fitness, abilities, and ages.

Small group fitness classes at our studio gym. This class is for those who live locally and would like to add some fun into their fitness routine in a non-intimidating environment where you will see how being challenged can be fun AND empowering!

This is not your typical group fitness class. This does not involve any dancing/ stepping choreography and it is not a Crossfit class. The instructors are not working out alongside you. Our focus is on you the entire time to ensure you have proper form.
