Carrying around a gallon of water all day!
I will admit that I did feel a little obnoxious when I first started doing this years ago, but I know how crappy I feel when I don’t get my gallon of water in a day.
So, how I feel is more important to me than what others think.
Therefore, my water goes with me to work, to class, and to the gym!
AND you know what??
Because I consistently have it with me, I consistently drink my water and feel great!
SO
One of the easiest ways to help cut down on bloat and phantom feelings of hunger is to make sure you are properly HYDRATED.
The easiest way to stay hydrated is to have a jug of water with you or at least a FILLED water bottle with you everywhere you go!
Are you good with carrying water with you,but having a hard time drinking all of it???
Try adding a little calorie free flavoring to it such as:
A squeeze of lime or lemon juice.
A little Crystal Light.
A scoop of Xtend brand Branched Chain Aminos.
OR
A few drops of MiO water flavoring!
